MINE POOL

Privacy Policy

Effective September 5, 2026

This policy explains how Mine Pool, operated by TAIN Games, handles information when you play the game or use an account.

Information we handle

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, restore progress, provide matchmaking and tournaments, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information. Mine Pool does not use cryptocurrency, wallets, or tokens with monetary value.

Service providers

Google provides optional sign-in. Our hosting and infrastructure providers process data only as needed to run the game. Their handling of information is governed by their applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

Account and gameplay records remain while your account is active. You can permanently delete them in the game under Player Account → Delete Account, or use our web deletion request. Deleted data is removed from the active service promptly. Limited security logs or backups may remain only where needed for security, legal obligations, or disaster recovery, normally for no more than 30 days.

Security

Network communication uses HTTPS, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and authenticated requests use expiring access tokens. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

Mine Pool is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children below the digital-consent age that applies in their country. A parent or guardian may contact us to request removal.

Your choices

You may play as a local guest without creating an online account. You can sign out or permanently delete an account at any time. For privacy questions, email support@minepool.com.

Changes

We may update this policy when the game or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
